Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and describe how ARSY AI is sold and delivered. They are not the contract for a deployment — that is a separate written agreement between Web-AR.Studio Corp (or a certified integration partner) and the customer, and where the two differ, that agreement prevails.
What these terms cover
They cover this website and the information on it. Marketing pages describe the product as it stands at the date shown above; capabilities marked as in development are not commitments and should not be relied on when planning a deployment.
How ARSY AI is delivered
ARSY AI is sold and deployed through certified integration partners. A partner performs the site scan, registers the equipment, authors the scenarios and provides first-line support; we provide the platform, partner training and second-line support. There is no self-service signup, and submitting the demo form does not create a contract or a licence.
Licence
A customer’s right to use ARSY AI is granted by their subscription agreement for its term, for the sites and equipment covered by it. Nothing on this website grants a licence to the software.
Ownership of customer content
The customer owns everything they put into or generate with ARSY AI: site scans, spatial maps, procedures and training scenarios, uploaded documentation, captured evidence and operational records. We claim no ownership of it. In an on-premise deployment it never leaves the customer’s infrastructure in the first place. Ownership does not depend on an active subscription — see “When a subscription ends” for what happens to access if one lapses.
Ownership of the ARSY platform
While the content belongs to the customer, the platform itself belongs to Web-AR.Studio Corp. The ARSY AI software, the VPS spatial-positioning engine, the AI agent and its trained models, the user interfaces, the documentation and any product improvements are the intellectual property of Web-AR.Studio Corp; a subscription grants the right to use them but transfers no rights in them. Over customer content Web-AR.Studio Corp takes only a limited licence — to store and process it solely to provide the service and only for the term of the subscription; when it ends, that licence ends with it (see “When a subscription ends”). The only exception is aggregated, anonymised metrics that cannot identify the customer, their site or any individual, which Web-AR.Studio Corp may use to operate and improve the platform. Web-AR.Studio Corp acquires no other rights in the customer’s data.
When a subscription ends
Owning your content and using ARSY AI to work with it are two different things, and only the second depends on payment. Your ownership never lapses — we claim nothing at any time, and your data is not deleted when a subscription ends: it continues to be stored. What ends is access. Once a subscription is not renewed or falls into non-payment, the ARSY AI services that run on your data and direct access to the data itself are blocked. For 90 days from the end of the subscription you can export your raw data in standard formats — that export is how you take it with you. Grace periods and the exact handling are set in the customer's subscription agreement, which prevails over this summary.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative list prices in US dollars, exclusive of tax, and may change. The pricing model is:
- A base subscription per site.
- A monthly rate per covered machine — so cost scales with how much equipment is placed under AR guidance.
- Users are never metered: a shift of ten operators and a shift of ten thousand cost the same.
- Deployment and setup are quoted separately by the integration partner.
- Annual billing is discounted against monthly billing.
Availability and support
Service levels, support hours and uptime commitments are set by tier in the customer’s subscription agreement; they are not promised by this website. On-premise deployment is available from the Professional tier upward. This website itself is provided as-is and may be unavailable from time to time.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt this website, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us. ARSY AI is a guidance and training tool: it supports operators following a procedure, it does not replace the customer’s own safety obligations, qualified supervision or regulatory duties.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a deployment is governed by the customer’s subscription agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website means you accept the current version.
Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction for a deployment are set out in the customer’s subscription agreement. For questions about these website terms, contact us at support@arsy.ai.
