Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the ARSY AI website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. Data processed inside a customer’s own ARSY AI deployment is governed by the agreement with that customer, not by this policy — see “Customer deployments” below.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Web-AR.Studio Corp. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to support@arsy.ai.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the demo request form and send to us. Specifically:
- Your name.
- Your work email address.
- Your company name.
- Your Telegram handle — optional, and offered only on the Russian-language version of the site.
- The employee-count range you select.
- The free-text description of what you are trying to solve.
What we do not collect
This website contains no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or any comparable service. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers. If you never submit the form, we hold no personal data about you.
Cookies and local storage
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores two values in your browser purely so it behaves the way you left it:
- Your interface language, so you are not sent back to the default language on every visit.
- Your light or dark theme preference.
Why we use it
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and — where a certified integration partner covers your region — to introduce you to that partner so they can scope a deployment. We do not use it for anything else.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we process this data on the basis of your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You are never required to submit the form to read this website.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is handled by our own team on our own infrastructure. Where a certified integration partner serves your region and your enquiry needs them, we pass your enquiry to that partner so they can respond — tell us in the form if you would rather we did not. We do not otherwise disclose your data, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as the sales conversation is live, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records. Ask us to delete it and we will — see “Your rights”.
Your rights
Write to support@arsy.ai to exercise any of these. We will respond within one month.
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it.
- Ask us to send your data to you or to someone else in a portable format.
- Complain to your national data protection authority.
Customer deployments
This is separate from the website and matters most to customers. On the Professional and Enterprise tiers, ARSY AI runs on the customer’s own server inside their own network. In that configuration the site scans, spatial maps, procedures, video and operator activity stay on the customer’s infrastructure and are not sent to us. The customer remains the owner and the controller of that data. Lite and Starter tiers are cloud-hosted; the applicable terms are set out in the customer agreement.
International transfers
Your enquiry is processed by us on our own infrastructure. Where processing a request involves a transfer between jurisdictions, that transfer is made under the appropriate safeguards.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
